In My Own Words
Bike riding, whether training or riding for fun, is the most stress relieving solo activity on the planet
I spend my off-season doing: Spending time with my girlfriend and friends, hunting, hockey
My goals and expectations for 2009 are: Try to Win the Wisconsin Masters 30+ Road Race Championship, Top five in Wisconsin State Time Trial Championships, Win at least one Time Trial in either WCA or Wisport,
Support the team and have a good time!!!
I started racing because: It seemed like a fun thing to do and was a great way to lose weight
My cycling mentors and/or influences are: My coach Renee Eastman, my secondary ‘coach’ and fellow bike geek Eck, my friend Matt Murray who got me cycling again
I consider my finest moment on the bike to be: Anytime I am riding with good company
The one thing I’ve done on a bike that I will never do again: I have not found this yet
When I’m not on my bike, I like to: Enjoy good wine/beer and food with family and friends
