Highlights
Won a bunch of 4s cross races last season, 2nd at State Crit in masters 3s last year while helping Ben.

In My Own Words
I spend my off-season doing: I used to ski and ski mountaineer before hitting the Midwest Now I just drink and procreate.
My goals and expectations for 2009 are: some podiums in Masters 3s, some good results during cross season.
I started racing because: I liked the competition.
My cycling mentors and/or influences are: John Verhuel, Todd Gogorski and Ben Delaney
I consider my finest moment on the bike to be: doing intervals in training alone, riding in the rain and snow. I’m the only one accountable to my work and I love the training more than anything else. The process is what drives me at this point as I only get to race now and then.
The one thing I’ve done on a bike that I will never do again: Never say never, who knows what hijinks can happen?
When I’m not on my bike: I like to play with my daughter, enjoy beautiful Western Wisconsin!
